[Notice] Suspending Settlement during the Christmas holidays&The 2024 New Year’s Day 关于圣诞节及元旦期间暂停结算的通知

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that Alipay and WeChat Pay will suspend settlement from December 25^th to 26^th, 2023, and from December 29^th, 2023

to January 1^nd, 2024, due to the Christmas holidays and the 2024 New Year’s Day.

Please make any necessary arrangements to your funds and business ahead of time. After that period, the settlement rule will return back to the normal situation. 

Our offices will be closed for the holiday period from 22^nd December 2023 and will reopen on 8^th January 2024.

PLEASE NOTE – The support team will only be available over this holiday period to attend to any emergency you may have.
